Hospitality Supervisor Apprenticeship Level 3 - Skern Lodge

Skern Training & Skills (Skern Lodge / Ultimate Adventure Centre) in North Devon is recruiting a Hospitality Supervisor Apprentice Level 3 to support front-of-house operations at its Appledore and Bideford sites. The role is aimed at candidates with prior hospitality experience who want to progress into a supervisory role and develop team leadership skills while delivering high standards of customer service.

In this varied role you will learn to supervise hospitality services, run shifts, ensure team members complete duties, and maintain service and quality standards. Duties include serving customers, stocking shelves, cleaning, stock taking and handling deliveries.

Training is a mix of face-to-face and online learning, and you will be supported by a trainer throughout the apprenticeship and complete a nationally recognised Level 3 qualification over a nine-month period.

Contracted hours are 30 per week on a rota with some split shifts (for example 7:00-11:00 and 15:00-19:00). Maths and English at Level 2 (GCSE Grade 4) are desirable but Functional Skills will be provided if required.
