Springpod Hospitality Work Experience

Springpod’s Hospitality Work Experience is a virtual programme that gives young people a behind-the-scenes look at the hospitality industry. It is designed to help participants understand what the sector involves, the range of careers available, and the skills that are valued across different hospitality roles.

Through interactive activities, participants hear from real Marriott employees and explore how hospitality works in practice. The programme covers food and beverage roles, front-of-house responsibilities, guest service, teamwork, communication, and problem-solving, helping students build a clearer picture of what working in the industry can be like.

It is a flexible online experience that can be completed at your own pace within the programme window. Learners can also earn a certificate of completion to add to their CV or LinkedIn profile, and the programme may open doors to further in-person opportunities through Springpod’s Virtual-to-Reality pathway.
