Based in Appledore (Skern Lodge) with activity at the Ultimate Adventure Centre in Bideford, this role is a Level 3 Housekeeping Supervisor apprenticeship. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards in daily cleaning and room preparation for incoming groups, undertaking stock taking, laundry allocation, quality checks and health & safety checks while delivering excellent customer service.

The apprenticeship lasts 9 months and includes a nationally recognised Level 3 Customer Service qualification. Training will be a mix of face-to-face and online delivery with support from a trainer throughout the apprenticeship. Functional Skills in Maths and English will be provided if required.

Contracted hours are 30 per week on a rota (split shifts and a requirement to work 5 out of 7 days). Prior housekeeping experience is essential. The employer offers Perkbox benefits, meals on duty, uniform and team support. A driving licence and car are advantageous due to some shift times.

  • Prior experience within housekeeping is essential
  • Maths and English at Level 2 (GCSE Grade 4) desirable; Functional Skills can be provided if required

  • Driving licence and access to a car advantageous due to shift times
