Work alongside healthcare professionals to help improve services for young people in Hull and the East Riding. Share your experiences, meet other young people and shape Trust activities, with support from Children’s Services staff and access to training.

The Humber Youth Action Group is a youth engagement group run by Humber Teaching NHS Foundation Trust. It brings together young people aged 15 to 22 in Hull and the East Riding of Yorkshire so they can have their say in how services are improved and help shape Trust activities.

Members can meet other young people, share their thoughts, feelings and experiences, and work alongside healthcare professionals to make services more accessible and responsive to young people’s needs. The group is supported by staff from Children’s Services and welcomes young people with lived experience of the Trust’s services.

It is also an opportunity to build confidence, gain new skills, access training and strengthen a CV.
