This virtual work experience programme gives you an insight into life at Ideagen, a global software company working in risk management and compliance. It is designed to help you explore different career paths, build confidence and gain a clearer understanding of how a modern tech business operates.

Across the programme, you will discover Ideagen’s role in the industry and explore key business areas such as business and operations, technology and development, and strategy and revenue. You will also hear from the Ideagen team in Springpod sessions, take part in quizzes and activities, and learn more about securing a role, career progression and employability skills.

The experience is self-paced and online, with recorded live talks available if you cannot attend them live. By the end, you will have completed a set of engaging activities and can earn a certificate of completion.
