Immerse Education - Biology Online Research Programme

Immerse Education's Biology Online Research Programme is a year-round, pre-university online course for secondary and high-school students aged 13 6. Participants work with dedicated tutors - often academics from top universities - to design and complete an independent research project culminating in a university-level research paper.

The programme offers one-to-one tutorials or group lessons, hands-on research coaching, and personalised feedback. Options include a Classic ORP (10 hours over 2 weeks), a Publication Research Programme (15 hours plus four coaching sessions with publication support), and accredited variants that carry UCAS-credit recognition.

Top-performing students can receive a Letter of Recommendation from their tutor and may be supported to publish in an internationally recognised high-school research journal. This online programme is available globally and aims to develop research skills, academic writing, critical thinking and confidence for university applications.

Students receive a certificate of achievement on completion, and some accredited courses provide a formal qualification recognised by universities.
