Immerse Education's Criminology Summer School in Oxford is a 2-week, in-person academic programme designed to give high-school students an introduction to criminal behaviour, justice systems and forensic psychology. Students take part in in-depth academic sessions led by expert tutors, complete a personal research project, and receive 1:1 tutoring and personalised feedback.

The programme delivers 40 hours of teaching across small classes (typically 7-10 students) and culminates in a certificate of achievement; an optional UCAS points add-on (8 points) is available for eligible students aged 14+. Participants live and learn in Oxford University colleges, gaining insight into university life and enjoying cultural excursions and evening activities.

Residential options include 13 nights in university accommodation with daily meals; non-residential options are also offered. Multiple sessions run in July and August 2026, and the programme emphasises critical analysis, discussion, and a structured personal project to support university applications.

The programme is suitable for students aged 16-18 (with a separate 13-15 course offered). Tuition is delivered by academic experts (PhD tutors), and the course features guest speakers, personalised mentoring, and opportunities to develop research skills relevant to further study in law, sociology, or politics.
