Immerse Education's Female Future Leaders Cambridge Summer School is a two-week, pre-university programme designed to empower young women aged 16-18 through interactive leadership workshops, communication training, decision-making case studies and a personal research project. Participants follow an academically rigorous timetable (approximately 40 hours of teaching) in small classes of 7-10 students, receive one-to-one tutoring, complete a personal research project and earn a certificate of achievement.
Residential options place students in Cambridge colleges (13 nights) with meals and social programmes included; non-residential options are also available. An optional UCAS-recognised 8-point add-on is offered to eligible students.
The programme includes guest speakers, cultural activities (including a day trip to London), evening events and a graduation ceremony. Sessions are delivered on Cambridge University college campuses by tutors and mentors from leading universities, and some packages include an online research component.
