Curious about filmmaking? Join a two-week residential programme in London to explore cinema, make films, learn from industry experts, build creative confidence and career-ready skills through hands-on projects and workshops—boost your portfolio and uni prospects.

Immerse Education’s Film Studies Career Programme in London is a two-week residential summer programme for students aged 15-18 who want to explore filmmaking, cinema, and storytelling in a global creative city. The course is designed to give participants a practical introduction to the film industry while helping them build confidence, creative thinking, and career awareness before university.

Students take part in project-based learning sessions, career skills sessions, expert workshops, and weekly 1:1 coaching with a dedicated tutor. They also work on an individual project throughout the programme, applying what they learn to real-world tasks and presenting their ideas to industry experts.

The curriculum is shaped to help students understand both the creative and professional sides of film studies. The programme includes industry visits and sessions with organisations and professionals such as Chocolate Films, MediaTracks, John Yorke Story, and the Cinema Museum.

Participants stay in central London accommodation and benefit from a fully supported experience that combines academic learning, industry insight, and cultural activities in the city.
