Immerse Education Psychology Summer School in Cambridge

Immerse Education’s Psychology Summer School in Cambridge offers two tailored courses for ambitious students aged 13-15 and 16-18. Both pathways explore how the human mind works, with a focus on psychology’s key ideas, from perception and cognitive bias to social psychology, behavioural psychology and research methods.

Students build a stronger understanding of human behaviour and decision-making while developing their academic confidence in a university-style setting.

The programme combines in-depth academic sessions, a personal research project and one-to-one tutoring with expert mentors. Small class sizes mean students receive individualised support as they investigate psychological theories, analyse evidence and apply research methods to real-world questions.

The course is designed to challenge students academically while helping them strengthen critical thinking and independent study skills.

Participants can choose between commuter and residential options in Cambridge, with accommodation and meals included in the residential package. Students also have the opportunity to earn a certificate of achievement, and those aged 14 and above can opt in for UCAS points.

The experience is designed to give students an inspiring introduction to psychology and university-level study.
