Immerse Education's Fine Art Summer Programme at University College London (UCL) is a hands-on, career-focused course for high-school students. Participants explore art history and contemporary practice, develop technical skills in drawing, painting, sculpture and photography, and take part in installation work.
The programme includes workshops, real-world project work, and industry visits to galleries such as the Saatchi Gallery and Whitechapel Gallery.
Students receive 1:1 portfolio coaching (two sessions), personalised feedback, and career coaching aimed at supporting university applications and creative careers. Classes are small (average 7, maximum 12) and delivered by subject experts.
The course includes cultural excursions, evening social activities, and a graduation ceremony with a certificate.
Accommodation is offered at Astor College (UCL student residence) with breakfast and dinner included for boarding participants. Heathrow transfers are available (bookable after enrolment) and a recommended pocket money of A380/week is suggested on the course page.
