Imperial College London’s Open Days give prospective undergraduate applicants the chance to find out about applying to Imperial, admissions tests, personal statements, funding, accommodation and the Careers Service. Due to a Met Office red warning for extreme heat on 24-25 June 2026, the planned June on-campus Open Days at the South Kensington Campus were replaced with an Imperial Online Open Day on Thursday 25 June.
The online event runs as morning and afternoon sessions on Microsoft Teams with short talks (for example: Applying to Imperial, Personal statements, Funding your studies, Accommodation and Admissions Q&A). Bookings are recommended so you receive confirmation emails, travel advice and check-in information.
If you are already registered for the June Open Days you do not need to re-register for the online sessions; otherwise book via the Online Open Day form. Imperial also lists Virtual Open Days from 13 to 23 July 2026 and the next in-person Open Day at South Kensington on Saturday 12 September 2026 (bookings open around seven weeks before the September event).
Travel bursaries were available for eligible Year 12 state school/college students (applications for the June bursary are now closed). For questions contact opendays@imperial. ac.

- Open to prospective undergraduate applicants (school/college students) - students should book individually to attend Open Day.
- Guests: you may bring up to five guests; guests cannot join Subject Sessions.
- Group/school bookings are not accepted; teachers may attend non-booked activities.
- Limited travel bursaries were available for Year 12 students studying at a state school or college in the UK (applications for the June bursary are now closed).
- If you have accessibility requirements, email opendays@imperial.ac.uk (the page asked for accessibility requirements to be reported by Tuesday 16 June 2026 for the June events).
