You will discover different areas of banking, explore career routes and pathways, and learn how a leading international bank and wealth manager supports clients and builds careers.

The programme includes virtual webinars, quizzes and activities that help you understand Investec’s culture, the skills and attributes it values, and the range of roles available across the business. You will also look at technology and sustainability in banking, the role of specialist banking services, and what early careers at Investec can look like.

Alongside this, the experience develops employability skills such as writing a CV and cover letter, interview preparation, communication and problem-solving. The programme offers a certificate of completion and contains over 7 hours of content.
