This is a three-week online course that teaches practical company valuation techniques used by finance professionals. Through worked examples and Excel-based activities you will learn discounted cash flow (DCF) modelling, market multiples and relative valuation methods, and how to interpret valuation outputs in investment, M&A and corporate finance contexts.
