The Iris Project 2026 Award is a global programme that invites young people (aged 14-24) to submit innovative projects and ideas focused on environmental protection and nature restoration. Applicants may apply individually or as teams and can implement projects in their own country without relocating.
Selected projects receive financial and non-financial support: grants (typically between $5,000 and $15,000, up to $15,000), mentorship and skills development from environmental experts, and access to an international networking platform. The programme offers opportunities to develop projects locally, showcase them globally, and build leadership and innovation skills in sustainability-all without needing to travel.
Submissions are accepted in any language. The award is open worldwide to young people with viable projects or concepts addressing nature restoration and environmental protection.
