IVECO Vehicle Parts Advisor Apprentice - Brighouse

This IVECO Vehicle Parts Advisor apprenticeship places you in a dealership environment to learn how to source, identify, order and supply parts for light vehicles. You'll handle, store and receive stock, process payments, manage customer enquiries and use computerised stock management and parts identification systems (ECAT).

The role involves both face-to-face and telephone contact with customers and workshop staff and supports sales and excellent customer service.

The apprenticeship is a Customer Service Specialist Level 3 run with training provider SKILLNET LIMITED. Apprentices will spend most time on-the-job at the dealership with specialist training time away from work, including visits to a bespoke college academy and assessment/support visits from an advisor at least every 4 weeks.

The start date is 1 January 2026, the duration is 1 year 6 months, and normal hours are Monday to Friday 9:00-17:00 (40 hours/week) with occasional Saturdays to be confirmed.

Wage for the first year is £15,704 (may increase depending on age) and National Minimum Wage rules for apprentices apply. There is one position based at Armytage Road, Brighouse, HD6 1PG. Completion can lead to full-time career opportunities and progression within the automotive dealership environment.
