JCB Apprenticeship and Graduate Open Day

Get behind the scenes at JCB at an in-person open day designed to showcase early career routes into a world-leading agricultural and construction manufacturer. Attendees can explore apprenticeships and graduate pathways, hear about development opportunities through JCB’s learning providers, and find out more about the kinds of roles available in the business.

The event includes drop-in sessions where visitors can speak directly with current apprentices and graduates about their journeys into work. It is also a chance to see more of JCB’s operations and learn how the company supports emerging talent through its Global Learning Centre.

The open day is aimed at students as well as parents, carers and other supporters who want to understand the options available. Sessions are held at JCB Global Learning in Rocester and are designed to be convenient, with each session lasting up to two hours.

Free parking is available for attendees, and tickets need to be booked in advance via Eventbrite.
