Ready to build real machines and jumpstart your engineering career? Join JCB's three-year Level 3 apprenticeship to gain hands-on technician skills, rotate through routes like Toolroom or Materials Planning, earn while you train and move into full-time work by year three.

Join JCB on a three-year Level 3 Engineering and Manufacturing Support Technician Apprenticeship where you will develop the practical skills and technical knowledge needed to become a JCB technician.

You will follow one of several routes (for example Quality, Materials Planning, Toolroom, XP or Development). In year one you spend four days per week at The JCB Academy and one day in your allocated business area; year two reverses this pattern; in the final year you work full-time in the business unit while completing the apprenticeship qualification.

The programme combines paid, on-the-job training with academy-based academic support. Assessment includes online tests, assessment centre exercises and interviews as part of the recruitment process, and successful completion awards the Level 3 apprenticeship qualification.
