JCB Level 4 Project Management Apprenticeship

JCB's Level 4 Project Management Apprenticeship combines on-the-job experience within JCB's Project Management team with block-release training from a dedicated learning provider. Apprentices work on new product projects, developing analytical, negotiating, presenting and people skills essential to delivering projects on time and on budget.

The programme offers formal off-the-job training, dedicated academic support and workplace experience that lead to a recognised Level 4 apprenticeship qualification. By the end of the scheme, apprentices will have built professional project management capabilities and opened up career opportunities within JCB's Project Management function.

The scheme typically runs for 36 months and offers a starting salary around £18,000 (increasing year on year). The application process involves an online application (upload CV and statement), online psychometric and behavioural assessments, an assessment centre with interview and group exercise, and then an offer for successful candidates.
