This Level 3 apprenticeship places you in a customer-facing role with an eCommerce software provider based in Leicester. As a Junior Customer Support Executive Apprentice you will be the first line of contact for customers via live chat and other digital channels, diagnosing issues, creating support tickets, producing snippets and help articles, and escalating complex problems to product specialists and developers.
The programme combines on-the-job learning (40 hours per week, Monday to Friday) with off-the-job training delivered by the training provider PARETO LAW LIMITED. You will study for the Digital Support Technician apprenticeship, covering digital information systems, information security, end-user system maintenance, data use and analysis, and other practical IT skills.
The apprenticeship starts on Monday 17 November 2025 and runs for 1 year 6 months.
