Deadline in 61 days

Junior Guildhall's Drama Course provides advanced training for talented children and young people aged 13 to 18. The programme focuses on text work, improvisation and drama games to develop expressive and communication skills.

Students work in outstanding facilities with experienced drama tutors and visiting practitioners including playwrights, choreographers and actors.

The course is organised into three stepped classes (Single, Double and Advanced) tailored to age and experience. Sessions run across 33 Saturdays each year; the Double Class complements GCSE and A-level Drama studies, while the Advanced Drama Class is aimed principally at students in Years 11-13 and focuses on materials and skills needed for conservatoire or drama school auditions.

Entry is by audition or recommendation (varies by class). Students are expected to commit to a full academic year, attend regularly, and follow Junior Guildhall policies on attendance and conduct. Additional information about fees, funding and visiting opportunities is provided by the Junior Guildhall office.
