Kennedys' Commercial Law Virtual Experience Programme is a self-paced online job simulation that gives you a feel for the work carried out by trainee lawyers and apprentices at a global law firm. The programme is designed to help you build practical legal knowledge and develop confidence for future applications.
You will work through realistic tasks that reflect commercial law practice, including preparing a witness statement for a litigated claim. The activities are designed to strengthen skills such as legal research, document review, legal drafting, client communication, commercial awareness and strategic thinking.
The programme is aimed at school and university students, whether or not you study law, and no previous work experience is needed. It takes around 5 to 6 hours to complete, comes with no grades, and offers a personalised completion certificate that you can add to your CV and LinkedIn profile.
