Kensington Park School: Drama & Theatre Studies Summer Course

Study in London on a two-week Drama & Theatre Studies summer programme designed for 14-17 year-olds. The course combines practical and theoretical learning led by practising actors, directors and producers and includes workshops in acting, voice coaching, theatre directing and devising.

Participants get sole use of KPS’s state-of-the-art theatre space and will stage a performance at the end of the programme. The pathway includes visits to world-class London theatres and provides university guidance and counselling to explore university and career options in drama and the performing arts.

The programme emphasises improvisation, storytelling and ensemble work, and aims to develop performance skills, confidence and an understanding of backstage and technical elements such as lighting and choreography. The course is based at Kensington Park School in London and is suited to students interested in further study or a career in theatre and performance.
