Kia Service/Parts Advisor Apprentice - Doncaster

This apprenticeship with D. M. Keith Limited (Kia) in Doncaster trains apprentices to become accredited Kia Service and Parts Advisors.

The role combines on-the-job learning at the dealership with formal training blocks and focuses on delivering high-quality customer service, handling bookings, scheduling repairs, advising customers on vehicle care and warranties, managing stock and parts, raising invoices and handling complaints.

Apprentices will work primarily at the dealership (St Leger House, Bullrush Grove, Balby, Doncaster DN4 8SJ) on a full-time basis (40 hours per week). Training towards a Level 3 Customer Service Specialist standard is provided by SKILLNET LIMITED and includes block training (Monday-Wednesday) at the Kia Academy in Derby.

Hotel accommodation is provided and funded by the employer for apprentices travelling to Derby for block training, and apprentices are not required to cover those travel or accommodation costs during their stay.

The apprenticeship starts on Monday 5 January 2026, runs for 1 year 6 months and pays £15,704 in the first year (may increase depending on age and apprenticeship wage rules). On completion, apprentices will be eligible to apply for supervisory or senior sales roles within the dealership.
