Join EMG Anglia Limited as a Kia Service/Parts Advisor Apprentice based in Ely. This role combines customer contact, booking and scheduling services and repairs, communicating with technicians, handling complaints, taking orders in person and by phone, maintaining stock, raising invoices and advising on accessories and warranty matters.
The apprenticeship provides on-the-job learning within a dealership environment.
Apprentices will work Monday to Friday full-time (40 hours per week) with occasional weekend work as required. The programme leads to a Level 3 Customer Service Specialist qualification and includes block training (Monday-Wednesday) at the Kia Academy in Derby.
Hotel accommodation for block training in Derby is provided and funded by the employer. The apprenticeship starts Monday 1 December 2025 and lasts 1 year 6 months. First-year wage is £15,704 (may increase depending on age).
Training is delivered by SKILLNET LIMITED and covers professional development, customer service delivery, teamwork, communication, inventory and payments. Upon completion apprentices will be eligible to apply for supervisor or sales senior roles within the dealership.
