Explore Kingston University's Penrhyn Road Open Day (4 July): join subject talks, campus and accommodation tours—including Seething Wells with bus transfer—meet staff and students, and get straight-up advice on admissions, funding and careers to shape your next steps.
Kingston University’s undergraduate Open Day at the Penrhyn Road campus takes place on Saturday 4 July 2026 (09:30-14:30). The event includes general welcome talks, subject-specific talks and tours, campus tours, accommodation tours (including Seething Wells halls with a bus transfer), and a student services exhibition covering admissions, funding, wellbeing, careers and more.
Registration opens at 09:30 and is available throughout the day prior to subject talks. Subject sessions and subject zones run across the campus so prospective students can attend detailed course talks (examples include Biological Sciences, Chemistry, Computer Science, Engineering, Law, Economics, Psychology, Art and Music).
Guided campus tours depart regularly, accommodation tours run every 30 minutes (last tour departs 13:45 and returns ~14:35), and academics are available in subject zones for one-to-one discussions. The programme recommends planning your day around your subject session times.
Practical information is provided for visitors: Penrhyn Road is central to Kingston, well served by trains and buses, and a complimentary intersite shuttle bus will run on the day. There is no on-site parking for visitors (free parking for blue badge holders on a first-come basis); cycle parking and showers are available.
Printed timetables and campus maps will be available on the day.
