EN:Able Futures CIC, in partnership with Huber Parking, is recruiting a Level 4 Apprentice Construction Site Supervisor to work on the Calderdale Royal Hospital site in Halifax. The role is a work-based apprenticeship where most learning happens on site across typical construction supervision duties including contractor supervision, health and safety control, progress recording and reporting, quality control and supporting commercial monitoring of costs.
The apprenticeship is full-time (40 hours per week; Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 16:30) and starts on 20 November 2025. Training is delivered on a day-release basis by Leeds College of Building. You will work towards a nationally recognised Level 4 Construction Site Supervisor qualification over 24 months plus a 6-month End Point Assessment (EPA).
Essential entry requirements include GCSEs in English, Maths and Science at grade 5. A-levels in Maths or Construction and the Built Environment are desirable. EN:Able Futures employ apprentices directly and support placements with hosts across Yorkshire and the North East.
Successful apprentices may be considered for progression into a full-time position after completion.
