Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship Standard

Degree-Six Recruitment is recruiting for a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship based in Leicester. The role is a hands-on position within a small compliance/recruitment team where you will support candidate onboarding, manage personnel files, add information to databases, obtain references, process DBS applications and set up e-learning.

The apprenticeship includes full training and ongoing line manager support, with opportunities to progress into other departments such as finance and HR. You will be employed Monday to Friday (8:15am-4:15pm) for 35 hours a week and will study with the training provider (JUNIPER TRAINING LIMITED) to achieve the Business Administrator Level 3 qualification.

The programme includes work-based learning, support with English and maths if required, and an End-Point Assessment (EPA). Essential entry requirements include GCSEs in English and Maths at grade A*-C (9-4) or Level 2 Functional Skills.

The advertised starting wage is £13,741 for the first year (apprentice rate) with potential increases depending on age. The role is based at Mercury Place, 11 St. George Street, Leicester, LE1 1QG, and starts Monday 24 November 2025.
