Level 3 Childcare Apprentice - NORBURY HILL CUBS LIMITED

Join NORBURY HILL CUBS LIMITED as a Level 3 Childcare Apprentice working in a childcare setting supporting children aged 0-5. Most of your time will be spent working on the job delivering day-to-day childcare tasks such as supporting children's learning through play, assisting with feeding and nappy changing, administering medicine when required, and liaising with parents and external professionals.

The role expects dedication, commitment and punctuality.

You will train towards an Early Years Educator (Level 3) qualification (Advanced Diploma Early Years) delivered by training provider SWIFT ACI. Training includes workplace-based learning plus online classroom-based learning with your assessor for around 8-10 days during the 13-month apprenticeship and a paediatric first aid qualification.

The apprenticeship develops safeguarding, risk assessment, SEND/EAL support, communication and planning skills required in an early years setting.

The apprenticeship is based at 48 Norbury Hill, London (SW16 3LB). It starts on 18 January 2026, lasts approximately 13 months, and is offered as a 30-hour week (Monday-Friday, shifts to be confirmed).

The stated wage is £11,778 for the first year (apprentice/NMW rate may vary by age). Applicants should hold GCSEs in English and Maths (grade 4 or equivalent) and be able to attend the required online training days.
