Level 3 Childcare Apprenticeship - Bridge Lane Nursery Ltd

This is a Level 3 Childcare apprenticeship based at Bridge Lane Nursery in London (SW11 3AD). You will work directly in a childcare setting with children aged 0-5, gaining hands-on experience and on-the-job training while working towards an Advanced Diploma as an Early Years Educator (Level 3).

The role is full time (30 hours per week, Monday-Friday, shifts to be confirmed) and the apprenticeship lasts 13 months.

Training is delivered both in the workplace and through scheduled online training with your assessor (approximately 8-10 classroom/online days across the apprenticeship). The training provider is SWIFT ACI and the apprenticeship covers safeguarding, health and safety, planning child-centred learning experiences, SEND/EAL support, and professional practice expected of an Early Years practitioner.

The apprenticeship may lead to roles such as Room Leader, management training, or further study in primary education or paediatric nursing.

Essential entry requirements include GCSEs in English and Maths at grade 4. Applicants should be prepared to attend online assessor sessions and demonstrate strong communication, organisation and team-working skills.

The vacancy starts 23 November 2025 and offers a first-year wage of £11,778 (may increase depending on age).
