Level 3 Childcare Apprenticeship at Little Learners Nurseries (St Helier)

This Level 3 Childcare Apprenticeship with Little Learners Nurseries (St Helier) is a full-time role where you will work in a nursery setting and train towards a Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification. Day-to-day duties include supporting children's learning and development, preparing activities and resources, helping with meals, supporting self-help skills, and contributing to a safe, inclusive childcare environment.

The apprenticeship lasts for 14 months. You will be supported by Lead Support Coaches and a workplace mentor. Classroom/tutorial days will be delivered online (remote sessions) while most practical apprenticeship work is carried out at a nursery local to you.

Successful completion may lead to continued employment as a Level 3 practitioner, and progression opportunities such as room leader roles, management, or routes into primary education or paediatric nursing.

Applicants must hold Maths and English GCSEs at Grade 4 or above (or equivalent Functional Skills Level 2) and have been resident in the UK for at least three years. The role is on-site only and includes mandatory training such as First Aid as required.
