Level 3 Childcare Apprenticeship - Purple Bees Ltd

This Level 3 Childcare Apprenticeship with Purple Bees Ltd places you in a childcare setting working with children aged 0-5. The apprenticeship lasts 13 months, starts on 23 November 2025, and combines on-the-job learning with classroom-based study leading to an Early Years Educator (Level 3) qualification/Advanced Diploma in Early Years.

Day-to-day duties include supporting children’s learning and development (numeracy, language, play), meeting care needs (feeding, nappy changing, medication administration), liaising with parents, and contributing to a child-centred environment. Training is delivered by SWIFT ACI and includes workplace training, a paediatric first aid qualification, and around 10 days of online classroom learning with an assessor during the apprenticeship.

Hours are Monday-Friday, approximately 30 hours per week; shifts to be confirmed.

Essential entry requirements are GCSEs in English and Maths at grade C/4 or above. The role offers a first-year wage of £11,778 (apprentice rate may vary with age). Applicants can sign in with a GOV.
