Level Up: Diversity In Tech is a social initiative organised by Zartis in partnership with CodeOp to provide full scholarships for CodeOp's part-time Fullstack Web Development programme. The programme is delivered 100% online with live tutor sessions, peer project work and continued one-to-one support from CodeOp teaching assistants and Zartis tech mentors.
The round described offers five scholarships aimed at upskilling women, transgender and non-binary individuals (including refugees and asylum seekers) who have limited access to education and resources. No previous coding experience is required; applicants are asked to complete a simple coding challenge, attend an introduction call, and take part in a final interview with the CodeOp/Level Up team as part of the selection process.
Successful applicants are enrolled in the CodeOp programme and receive support towards career transitions into software development. Past Level Up cohorts have graduated and moved into roles at companies such as HubSpot, Ericsson and Accenture.
To apply, interested candidates should contact the Level Up team via the application form on the Level Up Diversity In Tech webpage. Program staff (Program Manager Adnan Tuccar) are available for questions and support during the application process.
