Join Big Creative Academy as a Level 3 Teaching Assistant Apprentice and support students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Education, Health & Care Plans. You will provide tailored 1:1 and small-group support, encourage independence, monitor progress and contribute to inclusive classroom practice while working under the guidance of teaching staff and the SENCo.

This is a hands-on apprenticeship with most learning on the job complemented by formal training from the provider LET ME PLAY LIMITED. The role is based at 38 Clifton Avenue, London (E17 6HL) and is 30 hours per week with working hours Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 09:00-17:00 and Wednesday and Friday 09:00-14:00.

Apprentices will study for the Level 3 Teaching Assistant standard and receive monthly remote tutorials and reviews from a dedicated tutor.

The apprenticeship requires GCSEs in English and Maths (grade 4-9 or equivalent). Successful applicants will undergo right-to-work and DBS checks. The apprenticeship offers a first-year wage of £11,778 (with automatic pay increases applying after one year for those aged 19+).
