This Level 3 Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship places you on the job at Wood Lane High School in London, working as an apprentice employed by Inspire ATA. You will support classroom activities, provide one-to-one and small-group assistance, help with behaviour management, prepare learning resources, assist with assessment tasks, and contribute to the inclusion of students with special educational needs while following the school's safeguarding procedures.

The role is an employed apprenticeship (33 hours per week, Monday to Friday) with a start date of 1 December 2025 and a programme length of 1 year 6 months. Training is delivered by LET ME PLAY LIMITED on the Teaching Assistant (Level 3) standard and includes monthly remote tutorials, potential Functional Skills if required, and both on-the-job learning and time away from work for specialist training.

Wage is advertised as £12,955. 80 for the first year (with increases possible depending on age) and follows the National Minimum Wage rules for apprentices.
