This is a full-time Bar and Waiting Apprenticeship delivered by Lifetime Training in partnership with Mitchells & Butlers (Toby Carvery). Apprentices will work on-site to greet, serve and look after guests, learn menu and drink recommendations, maintain cleanliness and safety standards, and contribute to creating a friendly customer experience.

No prior experience is required; training and on-the-job coaching are provided.

The apprenticeship lasts 15 months and includes a mix of on- and off-the-job training (workshops, webinars), regular reviews every 12 weeks, progress feedback sessions, and periodic catch-ups every 4-6 weeks (face-to-face or remote). Apprentices will also obtain Functional Skills in English and Maths if they do not already hold GCSEs.

Pay is advertised as £300 to £366. 30 per week, with hourly rates of £10. 00 for 16-20 year olds and £12.

21 for those 21 and over. Benefits include funded qualifications (up to degree level for some routes), staff discounts (33% across brands), pension, 28 days paid holiday, and additional company perks.
