Take on a commercial law group task supported by current trainee solicitors at an in-person work experience day. Hear about solicitor apprenticeships, get application tips, tour the office and speed-network with employees.

Join Linklaters for an in-person work experience day focused on its solicitor apprenticeship. The event is designed for Year 13 students and gap year students who are interested in commercial law and want to learn more about what it is like to apply for, and work within, a solicitor apprenticeship at a major global law firm.

Across the day, you will hear an introduction to Linklaters, the legal sector and solicitor apprenticeships, followed by inspiring speakers and a Q&A. You will also take part in a commercial law group task supported by current trainee solicitors, giving you a practical feel for the kind of thinking and teamwork involved.

The agenda also includes lunch, an office tour, speed networking with Linklaters employees, and an overview of the application process with tips for making a strong application. Places are limited, so applicants should use the event to show genuine interest in Linklaters and commercial law.
