Join Lloyds Banking Group as an Audit Apprentice based in Bristol on a five-year, fully funded programme. You will earn a competitive salary from day one (£26,500) and study towards a Level 4 Internal Audit Practitioner qualification with Kaplan, progressing afterwards to higher-level professional and degree-level study.
Within the first 18 24 months Kaplan-led learning and workshops from the Institute of Internal Auditors will cover topics such as corporate governance, risk management, audit planning and interpersonal skills.
This is a hands-on role: within three months you will be working on live audits, contributing to and running cases, and spending time in areas including Business Banking, Insurance and Technology. The Audit function includes a Data Science unit where apprentices get exposure to AI and analytics tools.
The programme also includes a six-month placement outside Audit (e. g. , Finance, Tech, Risk or Customer Services) to provide a 360B0 view of the business.
Apprentices are expected to be office-based for most days during the initial settling-in period and follow the Group's hybrid working policy thereafter. All apprenticeship learning costs (tuition, exams, materials, memberships) are covered.
The closing date to apply is 11th November 2025 and applications must demonstrate the required qualifications and a valid right to work in the UK for the duration of the apprenticeship.
