Practise assessment-centre tasks and behaviours in person, and learn what employers look for, how the process works and how to make a strong impression. Get practical advice for early careers applications across finance, banking and tech.
This in-person workshop is aimed at Year 13 students who are preparing to apply for early careers roles. It focuses on helping participants understand how assessment centres work and how to approach them with confidence.
During the session, students will learn what employers look for at assessment centres, how the process is structured, and how to make a strong impression. The event includes practical advice and opportunities to practise the kinds of tasks and behaviours that can help candidates stand out.
The programme is especially relevant for students interested in finance, banking or tech careers, including those considering apprenticeships and other early careers opportunities with Lloyds Banking Group. It is designed to support applications into roles across the business and to give students a clearer sense of what to expect at selection stage.
