This in-person workshop is designed for S6 students who are interested in early careers opportunities at Lloyds Banking Group. It focuses on preparing participants for assessment centres by explaining how they work, what employers look for, and how to make a strong impression during the process.
Alongside practical advice and practice activities, attendees will learn more about Lloyds Banking Group as a company and the range of roles available, including Audit, Data Analyst, Customer Services, Finance, Risk and HR. The event also offers the chance to meet employees and explore different career pathways across the bank.
It is especially useful for students who are thinking about careers in finance, banking or technology, and who want support when applying for apprenticeships and other early careers roles.
