Practise approaching assessment-centre tasks with confidence at an in-person workshop for Year 13 students. Find out what assessors look for, meet employees and explore roles across Audit, Data Analyst, Customer Services, Finance, Risk and HR.

This in-person workshop is designed to help Year 13 students prepare for assessment centres linked to early careers opportunities at Lloyds Banking Group. It focuses on what assessment centres involve, what assessors are looking for, and how to approach tasks and exercises with confidence.

Students will also have the chance to learn more about Lloyds Banking Group as a company, meet employees, and explore the range of roles available. These include Audit, Data Analyst, Customer Services, Finance, Risk and HR, making the session especially useful for anyone interested in careers in banking, finance or technology.
