Schroders is a global asset manager, and this in-person Insight Day gives Year 12 students the chance to spend time at its London office and learn more about careers at the firm. The event is designed for students who are interested in financial services or technology, and it offers a chance to hear directly from professionals working in these areas.
Across the day, participants will hear from finance and tech professionals about how they help create strong returns on the assets Schroders manages. The agenda also includes an introduction, trainee/apprentice advice and networking, a skills session with CV workshop, a group task, and a recruitment talk.
It is a practical opportunity to explore the workplace, understand the challenges involved in the industry, and ask questions about possible career routes.

Applications should be submitted at least three weeks before the event. Prioritisation begins two weeks before the event, and successful applicants usually receive an invitation 1-2 weeks beforehand.
