Want a real-time look inside city law? Join Travers Smith’s Law Insight Day in London to explore the solicitor apprenticeship, meet associates, build commercial-law skills and boost your applications.

Deadline in 149 days

This is an in-person Law Insight Day hosted by Travers Smith LLP at their London offices (10 Snow Hill, London EC1A 2AL). The event is aimed at Year 12 / college students in the 2025-26 academic year who are interested in applying for a solicitor apprenticeship.

It provides an introduction to the firm, the solicitor apprenticeship route, and commercial/city law practice.

The day includes introductions and welcomes, an overview of the solicitor apprenticeship, sessions with associates on corporate/City law, a "day in the life" panel with trainees, a commercial awareness workshop, lunch, and a Q&A with the early careers team. The programme is designed to help attendees understand the apprenticeship pathway, develop commercial awareness, and learn what life at Travers Smith is like.

There are only 25 spaces available and selection is competitive. Successful applicants will be invited 1–2 weeks before the event. Travel expenses for public transport (trains, tubes and buses only) can be reclaimed for this event. Applicants must register via Uptree to apply.
