Loughborough University - Explore More Taster Days

Explore More Taster Days at Loughborough University are campus events specifically for care-experienced and look-after young people. The days are designed to give attendees insight into applying to university, university life, and the pastoral and financial support available to care-experienced students.

Loughborough staff and students will lead academic taster sessions, presentations about finance and support, campus tours and practical activities to provide a clear taste of student life. All food and drink for the event will be provided via vouchers to spend in a university outlet.

If attendees need support travelling to the event, the university requests they get in touch so help can be arranged. The event is open to Years 9-013 (stated as aged 14-8). Students under 16 must be accompanied by a teacher, support worker or approved adult (one adult may attend with more than one young person).
