Loughborough University Inspiring Minds: STEM

Inspiring Minds: STEM is Loughborough University’s free taster day for Year 12 students, designed to help attendees explore university study and life in a supportive campus setting. It gives students the chance to experience studying a chosen subject area at university level, meet current students and academics, and learn more about the opportunities available to them after school.

Attendees can choose up to four sessions from a wide range of STEM-related subjects and also take part in tours of the STEM departments on campus. The day includes information, advice and guidance on university applications and student finance from the School and College Liaison team, as well as a Careers Network talk about where a career in STEM could lead.

Both individual students and school or college groups are welcome to attend.
