Fancy earning a degree while running production lines? Join Morrisons' Manufacturing Degree Apprenticeship to build practical skills, lead small teams, work on live efficiency projects and gain industry experience that fast-tracks your career and degree-hands-on from day one.

Join Morrisons' Manufacturing Degree Apprenticeship and gain hands-on experience across its manufacturing operations. Over a three-year programme you will work on production lines across Myton Food Group sites, learn about manufacturing equipment, processes and technologies, and support live business projects that drive efficiency and quality.

Roles are operational and often shift-based, giving early responsibility for running production and leading small teams.

As part of the programme you will study towards a BSc Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship at the University of Bradford while progressing through practical roles. You will develop leadership skills, progress to Team Manager responsibilities and ultimately to Shift Manager duties in later years.

Applicants must have recently gained or be predicted a minimum of 112 UCAS points, hold Level 4 in Maths and English GCSEs, have a full UK driving licence and be able to travel between sites. Flexibility for shift patterns, weekends and peak trading periods is required.
