Join Myton Food Group as a Manufacturing Degree Apprentice on a three-year programme combining on-the-job learning with university study. You will rotate across manufacturing teams, gain hands-on experience running production lines, support peak trading periods (for example Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day), and work on live business projects to improve efficiency and productivity.
The apprenticeship includes study towards a BSc (Hons) in Chartered Management (Level 6) through the University of Bradford, with study leave provided to support academic work. Typical weekly hours are 37 hours 30 minutes and some roles are shift-based, including early starts, late finishes, weekends and bank holidays.
Successful apprentices may be prepared for a Shift Manager role and gain Chartered Management Institute membership on completion.

Essential entry requirements state GCSEs in English and Maths (grade 4).
