Marketing Assistant & Content Creator Apprentice

This Level 3 apprenticeship is a hands-on marketing and content role based with Sleep First Limited (The Sleep Scientist). You will plan and produce science-informed content across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, newsletters and the blog; repurpose podcasts and videos; design visual assets; and write clear, accessible copy.

You'll also help run digital campaigns (organic and paid), optimise SEO and landing pages, manage email funnels, and support course launches to drive enrolments.

The apprenticeship combines on-the-job learning (majority of hours) with formal training delivered by Creative Process Digital Ltd. Expect a 35-hour working week (Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00), at least 20% off-the-job training, one study day per week and one in-person study day per month in Brighton.

This role is hybrid: based in Emsworth with remote work considered and a recommended coworking day each week.

Start date is Wednesday 14 January 2026 and the role is intended to develop skills across content creation, campaign management, analytics and customer support, with the aim of progressing to a full-time marketing/business manager role subject to performance.
