Marshall Volvo Cambridge Parts Advisor Apprenticeship

Marshall Motor Group is recruiting a Parts Advisor apprentice to join the Volvo retail network in Cambridge. The role involves delivering first-class customer service to trade and retail customers, identifying and ordering parts, providing technical advice, processing orders and supporting on-site Service Technicians.

The apprenticeship is largely on-the-job learning with hands-on duties in a retail parts environment.

The apprenticeship is a 17-month programme combining work with off-the-job training delivered by INSPIRO LEARNING LIMITED. Training includes virtual classroom sessions and face-to-face block release weeks at a training centre in Daventry, covering retail service, stock control, customer communication, use of technology and compliance with regulations.

On successful completion you will gain the Level 2 Retailer Standard and relevant Volvo-branded certifications.

The role is based at 699 Newmarket Road, Cambridge (CB5 8SQ). Working hours are Monday to Friday 8:30-17:30 (40 hours a week) with the possibility of Saturday work or shifts. The advertised starting wage is £15,704 for the first year (with potential increases depending on age and National Minimum Wage rules).
