Martin-Baker runs a 4-day Work Experience Programme in Engineering & Manufacturing for local school students at its Denham site. The programme takes place up to three times a year, typically during half term or the school holidays, and gives a structured introduction to engineering and manufacturing work.
Spaces are limited and the programme is intended to improve access to meaningful placements for local schools and students. Martin-Baker cannot support specific school work experience weeks.

- Summer placements: best suited to those currently studying towards a relevant degree (degree-level students).

- Summer placements are available on an ad-hoc basis and may not be offered every year.
